Entry & Alignment
Participation begins with a conversation or referral and mutual discernment about fit. You are welcome to inquire even if you do not already know someone here.
Together, we consider whether Synona™ fits what you are seeking and whether you are willing to practice in ways that respect your own life and the lives of others.
The Nature of Participation
Synona™ is a movement for Lifetime Development. Participants practice reflection, thoughtful conversation, and shared wisdom while taking responsibility for their own choices.
Synona™ primarily serves adults. Students age 15 or older and elders are welcome. Young people ages 15-17 must attend with a participating adult.
Participation assumes a willingness to:
• Examine one’s own decisions and patterns
• Receive feedback without being governed by defensiveness
• Take responsibility before assigning blame
• Address concerns directly with the person involved
• Seek outcomes that strengthen all parties
• Contribute in ways that support the whole
• Correct inherited or repeated patterns rather than perpetuate them
This is not about dwelling in the past. It is about building responsibly in the present. Maturity, not perfection, is the expectation.
Participation Agreements
To preserve trust and depth, participants agree to the following:
Concerns are addressed directly with the person involved rather than discussed indirectly with others.
Personal stories, reflections, and experiences shared within the community are not repeated outside of it without explicit permission from the person who shared them.
Bounce™ conversations and other gathering exchanges are expected to remain confidential.
These standards exist to protect clarity, candor, and meaningful progress.
Contribution
Participation is supported through voluntary contribution. Contribution is not a transaction. It is a shared responsibility for sustaining the structure.
Synona operates from a posture of attempting to give more than one takes — not as a calculation, but as a stance. Over time, participants often discover that meaningful contribution strengthens both the individual and the whole.
If giving would be a hardship, you can participate fully at no cost, with no explanation needed. Your welcome is not measured by your wallet.
Responsibility & Scope
Synona™ offers Lifetime Development through reflection, thoughtful conversation, shared wisdom, and practical next steps. It is not a licensed therapeutic or clinical service.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions and well-being. Synona™ may pause or discontinue participation when participation agreements are not upheld.
