A PRIVATE FIRST EXPERIENCE of SYNONA

A Meeting with Your Lifetime.

Your life has been trying to get on your calendar.

You have given hours to meetings that should have been emails. Give one focused hour to the life that contains all of them.

Bring a question, decision, transition, idea, restlessness, or possibility to a private Bounce™ with a Synona™ steward. You do not need the right words. You do not need a five-year plan. You do not even need to know exactly what is asking for your attention.

Curiosity will do.

Give My Life an Hour

See What Happens

A genuine first experience. No sales presentation. No charge. No obligation to continue.

When was the last time your life had the floor?

Most days, your attention belongs to whatever is loudest: work, family, schedules, responsibilities, messages, repairs, groceries, and the small electronic rectangle that apparently has several urgent thoughts about everything.

Meanwhile, something in your own life may be trying to get a word in.

Perhaps you are circling a decision. Beginning again. Outgrowing a role. Carrying an idea that refuses to leave. Living a good life that may still be asking for something more.

Or perhaps nothing is terribly wrong—and that is precisely why you keep postponing the question.

This hour gives your life the floor.

What is A Meeting with Your Lifetime™?

A Meeting with Your Lifetime™ is a private, one-to-one first experience of Synona™, hosted by a Synona™ steward.

At the center of the hour is a Bounce™—the practice of advancing another person’s life without taking it over. It includes serious attention, generous listening, thoughtful questions, and—only with your permission—perspectives that may help you see beyond what you can see alone.

It is not a diagnosis, a lecture, or a disguised sales appointment. Your steward will not hand you a prewritten plan for becoming a more impressive person by Tuesday.

The purpose is simpler and more useful:

…to help more of your own life come into view.

You may discover the real question beneath the one you brought. You may hear yourself say something you already knew but had not yet allowed yourself to know. You may recognize a possibility, a boundary, a truth, or one next step that genuinely belongs to you.

No forced breakthrough. No performance of personal growth. No vision-board inspection.

Just one honest hour with your actual life.

Why is a $199 hour offered at no charge?

Because Synona™ makes more sense when it is experienced than when it is explained. We understand that you may need a genuine taste of the practice before you can know whether it is useful to you. You should not have to buy a program simply to discover what it feels like to be deeply heard, asked useful questions, and offered perspective without having your life taken over.

Synona™ values this private hour at $199. We offer one to each person at no charge as a genuine first experience of the movement—not as an interview, an audition, or a sales presentation.

Synona™ exists to advance Lifetime Development. The movement needs resources to continue, but it does not exist to maximize what people can be charged. We are building Synona™ to offer Lifetime Development for the least amount of money that allows the movement to be responsibly sustained—not the most people can be persuaded to pay.

Come experience it. Keep what is useful. Your life remains yours.

There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.

Bring the thing that is actually alive.

You might bring:

-a decision you keep revisiting but never quite make;

-a transition you chose—or one that chose you;

-work that no longer fits as neatly as it once did;

-a relationship that needs a wiser response;

-an idea that feels exciting, inconvenient, or both;

-a dream you are almost embarrassed to say aloud;

-a good life that may be ready for its next chapter;

-the sense that something is changing before you can name what it is.

You may also begin with:

“I do not know what I need to talk about. I only know something deserves my attention.”

That is plenty.

What happens during the hour?

You arrive with what is real.

There is no form of yourself you need to perform. Begin with the question, situation, or feeling that is present now. You are heard before anyone weighs in.

Your steward listens and asks questions long enough for you to hear your own thinking. Often the first question is only the doorway to the real one.

The view may widen.

If you want another perspective, your steward may offer one. You decide what fits, what does not, and what deserves further thought.

You notice what belongs to you.

The aim is not a dramatic revelation on demand. It is clearer recognition of what feels true, aligned, unfinished, or worth exploring.

You leave with something useful.

That may be a decision, better language, a fresh possibility, a question worth living with, or one baby step you can actually take.

You are not required to redesign your entire lifetime before the hour ends. Frankly, that would make us all late for lunch.

Who will meet with you?

Your meeting is hosted by a Synona™ steward—someone entrusted to practice, protect, and carry the movement forward.

Synona™ stewards include founding steward Diane Carroll. Each steward brings a different life, perspective, and body of earned understanding. Each is responsible for protecting the same commitments: listening before weighing in, offering perspectives only with permission, and leaving ownership of your life with you.

Your steward is not there to become the authority on your life. That position is already filled.

At Synona™, questions come before opinions. Perspectives require permission. The next step remains yours.

Other people may help you see farther. They do not get to take over the view.

What might one hour change?

Perhaps everything. Perhaps one small but consequential thing.

You may leave with:

-a cleaner decision;

-a truer question;

-permission you realize you no longer need to request;

-a next step small enough to take;

-language for something you have been carrying silently;

-renewed trust in your ability to meet your own life;

-relief from trying to solve the whole future at once.

No particular outcome is promised. Your life is not a vending machine, and honesty is not a coin.

But a useful hour can alter a direction without making a scene.

A few quick answers

What does it cost?

Synona™ values the private hour at $199 and offers it once per person at no charge. It is a genuine first experience of the movement and is intended to be useful in its own right, whether or not anything follows.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to discuss?

No. Bring the clearest version you have—even if that version is, “Something feels ready, and I cannot yet name it.”

Where do we meet?

In person at Synona™ World Headquarters in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, or by FaceTime.

Will my steward tell me what to do?

No. Your steward may ask questions, help you notice patterns, and—with your permission—offer a perspective. You decide what you think and what you do next.

Is the conversation private?

Yes. What you share is treated as confidential, within the limits of safety and law.

What happens afterward?

There is no obligation to continue. If you are interested in further Synona™ experiences, you and Synona™ can each take time to notice whether a next step feels right. Continuing is a mutual yes.

Is this therapy, coaching, or professional advice?

No. Synona™ offers thoughtful companionship and practical ways to participate more wisely in your own life. It does not replace therapy, medical care, crisis support, or legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Give your life the meeting.

The worst likely outcome?

You spend one hour paying honest attention to the only life you can actually live.

Your calendar has hosted weaker ideas.
