How it works
The ThinkMaverick™ program consists of six sessions that will take you from discovering your true interests and talents to designing a game plan that will lay out steps to help you achieve your goals and follow your dreams.
Session 1 : “Transition from traditional thinking into Maverick thinking.”
Explore entrepreneurial and independent concepts in order to understand how the world is changing and what you must do to adapt, including multi-career planning.
Session 2 : “Evaluate yourself: Where are you?”
Explore you, your values, and goals through projects, questionnaires, and open discussions. The projects you work on are designed to help you create your game plan!
Session3: “Evaluate yourself: Where do you want to go?”
Gain a new perspective on your attitudes about money, friends, family, expectations, and life in general that will enable you to uncover directions for your life.
Session 4 : “Finding and making opportunities.”
Learn the techniques of networking, mind mapping, and balancing social life with school and work. Then utilize those techniques and connections to advance your game plan.
Session 5 : “Designing the game plan.”
Using our Maverick idea acid test and timeline approach, combine lessons learned from sessions one through four to design a game plan that will prioritize your goals and enable you to lead the life you want.
Session 6 : “Evaluating the game plan.”
Review and evaluate your game plan to find areas for improvement. Gain tips on preparing for the unexpected and how to sustain a lifelong Maverick lifestyle.

Since Mavricking™ is a lifelong process, we will provide you with the following post-program benefit:

Special Note: Sessions are tailored to the varying needs of each age group. Ages 13-17 accents middle school, high school, and pre-college concerns. Ages 18-20 accents college, post-college, young family, and early career issues.
